Travel Reminders…
 Please bring your laptop.
 Dress casual and comfortable.
 Do not forget to bring warm clothing and comfortable
shoes.
 Please bring a flashlight and umbrella.
Do not rely on your GPS navigational system. Please
refer to attached map.
 Please be aware that cell phone reception is not as
reliable in the mountains.
 Please review additional attachments for driving
directions, weather forecast, and gas station locations.
 Do not forget to bring your emergency contact
information.
 The retreat begins at 1:00 p.m. Please report to the main
lobby.
 There will be a free wireless Internet connection
available. Do not use it for streaming.
 Please note that there will be NO television available.
